Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Vermont, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in communications disorders from the University of Vermont. She moved to New Haven, Connecticut, to attend and receive her master’s degree in audiology from Southern Connecticut State University.
Dr Taylor worked for an ear, nose, and throat practice in Connecticut for two years before she headed back north to be closer to family. Dr. Taylor served as the director of audiology for the last 10 years in Littleton, New Hampshire, at a local ear, nose, and throat practice. During her time in Littleton, she earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from A.T. Still University. She is excited to be moving to Maine where she spent summers as a child visiting her aunt in South Portland.
Her passion for audiology began when she was a teenager when she babysat a deaf child who ended up being the first child in Vermont to receive a cochlear implant. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than helping people get back to better hearing; she views her patients as extended family members. In her spare time, she is busy chasing her two young boys around, cooking, and loves to travel with her kids and husband.
