How did finding a box of 20-year-old hearing aids turn into helping people in need around the world? Fagan Center for Audiology’s own Roger Fagan, Au.D., recently shared his story of giving back as part of Maine Public’s Voices of Giving series, which aired throughout November 2016.

“This is what we love to do,” said Dr. Fagan, who has since fitted more than 1,800 hearing aids through an international charitable initiative he and wife Liz, a speech pathology doctor, launched with the Rotary Club of Portland, Maine. “This is what gives us joy and why we keep going back.”
