About Us

Roger Fagan, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology, has been helping the hearing impaired of Maine for over 30 years. He offers the latest in digital hearing aid technology and tinnitus treatment and welcomes challenging cases.

Dr. Fagan was a member of the first Audiology delegation to China where he taught Chinese doctors about modern hearing aids. He also founded a donated hearing aid program at the Vellore Christian Medical Hospital in India, and works internationally to help the poor and hard of hearing.

He and his wife Elizabeth, a speech language pathologist, are preparing for their twelfth hearing aid mission to the Dominican Republic where they have helped over a thousand men, women, children and infants who are severely to profoundly hard of hearing. Dr. Fagan is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists and has Board Certification in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology.

In June, 2008, Dr. Fagan was pleased to welcome Caitlin W. Helstrom, Au.D. to the practice. Dr. Helstrom is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
